 Yes i am also shocked when i know about this, NOW SPIDER MAN IS NO LONGER PART OF MARVEL CINEMATIC UNIVERS.

when heard this news i really shocked and i started to search about this news  and than i sadly find this.

Yes this news is 100% true.

And my heart is broken,
As a fan of MARVEL Cinematic Univers i Like all spider Man movies like recently SPIDER MAN FAR FROM HOME, SPIDER MAN HOME COMING, AVENGER END GAME.

AND BIG REASON BEHIND is STRONG CONNECTION between SPIDER MAN AND IRON MAN "TONY STARK". We live Both IROM MAN and SPIDER MAN now both are no longer part of MARVEL CINEMATIC UNIVERS.

As FAN of SPIDER MAN me and you we need spider man in MARVEL COMIC UNIVERS we need to save SPIDER MAN.

According to PERSON close to Deal He say that "negotiations is still Going on but MARVEL STUDIO PRESIDENT " KEVIN FEIGE" may not producing future live Action SPIDER MAN Movies so This spider-man character is not appear In MARVEL CINEMATIC UNIVERS.
MARVEL just lost A SPIDER MAN character 😳

SONY have right to MARVEL character since 1985 But in 2015 PARTNERSHIP between MARVEL and DISNEY that would Allow to USE SPIEDR MAN in MARVEL, than Marvel use Spider Man Character In AVENGERS : END GAME, SPIDER MAN HOME COMING And SPIDER FAR FROM HOME. 
But now deal Negotiation is going on and we Hope good news are come in Future.

SPIDER MAN IS SO COOL.
